Everything is made to order in small batches, so most orders leave here within 3 to 5 business days. During a busy drop week it can stretch a little longer, and we’ll email you if it does.
Standard U.S. shipping is a flat rate at checkout, and orders over $75 ship free. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier you’ll get a tracking number by email.
Right now we ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and want something, email us and we’ll see what we can work out.
Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is made. If it hasn’t moved in a few days that’s usually the carrier catching up rather than a lost parcel, but email us and we’ll chase it.
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund it. That one is on us.
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is the buyer’s unless the fault was ours.
Custom and personalised pieces are made specifically for you, so they can’t be returned unless there’s a fault. We’ll always confirm the details with you before we start.
Email us with your order number and the size you need. If we have it, we’ll swap it. If we don’t, we’ll make it or refund you.
Scent usually holds for several weeks, and longer if you keep the freshie out of direct sun. Don’t leave it resting against your dashboard or upholstery in the heat, as the wax can soften and mark the surface.
Wipe silicone beads with warm soapy water and let them dry fully. They’re hard-wearing, but keep them away from sharp keys in a pocket if you want the colour to stay bright.
Hand wash tumblers and glass cups. Dishwashers and prolonged soaking will lift the design, and neither is covered by a return.
Wash inside out in cold water and hang or tumble dry low. Don’t iron directly over the print.
